Brother Scan N’ Cut Promotion
- This promotion runs from October 15 – December 31, 2018
- For Every purchase of the Brother Scan N’ Cut CM700 Machine, customers will be entitled to one (1) FREE unit of JA20 Sewing Machine worth PHP 5,995.00 (SRP).
- To qualify for the promotion, the participating product must only be availed at any Brother authorized dealers nationwide.
- Any valid / government-issued ID
- Original, Filled-Out Warranty Card (Customers Copy)
- Proof of Purchase (Sales invoice or Official receipt) with the model & serial no. stated
- If the registration is successful, the customer will receive a notification e-mail indicating that their entry has been received. The documents submitted by the customers will be validated by Brother Philippines’ Promo Team.
- Upon checking and validating the entry, the customer will receive a notification email informing them that they can already visit the nearest Brother Philippines Office to pick up their Free JA20 Sewing Machine. The notification will be sent within ten (10) working days once the entry has been checked and approved.
- The customer must bring the following upon claiming the Free Item:
- At least one (1) valid ID (preferably the one they submitted to the Online Registration Form)
- A printout of the e-mail confirmation with the Unique Claiming Number.
- If a representative shall claim on behalf of the customer whose name appears on the Approved Online Registration, the representative shall include the following requirements upon claiming:
- Signed Authorization Letter from the customer
- Photocopy of one (1) valid ID of both the customer and the claiming representative (photocopies must be clear and legible).
*Incomplete requirements will not be processed.
- Once registration has been validated and approved, free item/s can be claimed at Brother International Philippines Corporation Head Office and Extension Offices from Mondays to Fridays only, 8:30AM – 12:00PM and 1:00 - 5:00PM, except holidays. - Customers may purchase a maximum of three (3) machines per day during the promo period. This will be based on a per invoice / official receipt transaction (Only a maximum of 3 machines purchased per day, per invoice). The SRP must be clearly reflected on the customer’s copy of the invoice / Original Receipt.
- Promo runs from October 15 – December 31, 2018. Last day of registration to the Online Registration Form is March 1, 2019, sixty (60) days after the end of the promotion. Last day of redemption of the Free Item for approved registrations is until April 1, 2019 only.
- Freebies left unclaimed after the redemption period will be forfeited in favor of Brother International Philippines Corp. with approval of DTI.
- Brother International Philippines Corp. reserves the right to dishonor and nullify fraudulent claims.
- In case of dispute, the decision of Brother International Philippines Corp. with the concurrence of DTI, shall prevail.

The Corporation collects the basic contact information of clients and customers, including their full name, address, email address, contact number, together with the products that they would like to purchase. The sales representative attending to customers will collect such information through accomplished Warranty Card.
Personal data collected shall be used by the Corporation for documentation purposes, for warranty tracking vis-à-vis purchased items, for the inventory of products, for providing services to you or for other reasonable purposes which are related to the services it provides or improvements/upgrades in its systems and business processes, including but not limited to data analytics and automated processing.
This Corporation will ensure that personal data under its custody are protected against any accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration and disclosure as well as against any other unlawful processing. The Corporation will implement/is implementing appropriate security measures in storing collected personal information, depending on the nature of the information. All information gathered shall not be retained for a period longer than two (2) years. After two (2) years, all hard and soft copies of personal information shall be disposed and destroyed, through secured means.
Due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the personal data under the custody of the Corporation, only the client and the authorized representative of the Corporation shall be allowed to access such personal data, for any purpose, except for those contrary to law, public policy, public order or morals.
All employees, agents and representatives of the Corporation shall maintain the confidentiality and secrecy of all personal data that come to their knowledge and possession, even after resignation, termination of contract, or other contractual relations. Personal data under the custody of the Corporation shall be disclosed only pursuant to a lawful purpose, and to authorized recipients of such data.

Right to be informed. You have the right to be informed whether your personal data is being, or have been processed, including the existence of automated decision-making and profiling.

- Right to be indemnified for damages. You shall be indemnified for any damages sustained due to such inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized use of personal data, taking into account any violation of your rights and freedoms as data subject.
